Made Especially For You Sketch Challenge: May

Hello Crafty Friends!

"Your Kindess Warms My Heart"

Here is my submission for the
and the
(Incorporate Purple, Orange & Black)

inside

My card base is size A2 (black cardstock paper).  The patterned paper is from DCWV.  I used my Creative Memories square punch.  To cut the oval, I used the "Stamping" Cricut Cartridge.  For the hot cocoa stamp and sentiment, I used Fiskars "Latte Love" clear stamps.

Throwback Thursday: "Cricut-Less Challenge" #322 (My Creative Time)

Hello Crafty Friends!

"WELCOME LITTLE ONE"

This is my submission for My Creative Time's

For this "Cricut-Less Challenge", no Cricuts or other electronic machines were allowed to be used in the making of the project of your choice.  I used a 5"x6 1/2" white card base.  The striped paper is from the DCWV - "Everyday" Extreme Paper Stack.  I made the monkey using my Creative Memories Circle Patterns and Oval Patterns, piecing the shapes together.  The sentiment on the inside is from Fiskars, called "Precious Baby".

Krafty Girls Challenge #2: Feelin' Lucky

Hello Crafty Friends!

"FEELIN' LUCKY"

Here is my submission for the
Krafty Girls Challenge #2:  Feelin' Lucky

The base of this card is 7"x8" green cardstock.  I used the Cricut Craft Room (woop woop!) for the first time, ever, and it was amazing (since I do not own a Gypsy -- yet!).  So, for the word "feelin'" I used the Lyrical Letters cartridge in 'Loop Dee Loo' font, and was able to weld it together in the CCR. :-)  Both the word "Lucky" (phrase feature) and "Pot of Gold" were from the Create A Critter cartridge.  The "pot" is actually the TURTLE shell (layer 2 feature), upside down.  Cool, huh? And, I used foam squares to make it "pop".  I made the "gold" using the Cricut Craft Room Basics by welding and reshaping the scalloped circle and oval shapes.  The rainbow was made using Creative Memories Circle Patterns.  The card is framed in sparkly ribbon from my stash.  Gold rhinestones give the final accents.  The words "Feelin' Lucky" and the "Gold" are embellished with Stickles.
