My Scrap Room

Hello Crafty Friends!

Here is my NEW Scrap Room! It was our guest room, but it was hardly used, so over the Summer I picked out this delicious paint and my husband hooked me up. We had all of the Ikea furniture, I was using one desk and two bookcases, and my husband was using the other desk and one bookcase. I used to have my scrappy space in our basement, where I also had a computer desk. I swapped the computer desk (and computer) with my husband for the extra Ikea pieces so I could be all matchy-matchy AND more organized.

I hope you like it!

Canvas Storage Bins by Martha Stewart hold my daughter's books, crayons, flashcards, etc., and some office paper and electronics (chargers, manuals, etc.).

These Ikea Drona pop-up boxes hold lots of stuff I don't need at my finger tips, but need to get to often.

I don't have any decorations up yet, but I hope to get some things up on the walls soon. So, there will be more to come.

This is where I used to scrap... in what is now solely the man cave!

Thanks for stopping by!  :-)

  2. Thanks, Ladies!!! I love the wall color, it reminds me of one of my favorite shades of nail polish.

  4. Thanks, Tracy!

It's really not red, it's called Mission Wildflower by Behr. More of a wine/fuschia type color. Reminds me of a lipstick or a nail polish that I would wear. I love it!

At the moment, I have 4 mini albums going, so it's not as neat, but I love organizing. ;-)

    Thanks for stopping by!

  5. Thank you! It's a constant work in progress. I keep finding out the best way to lay things out this way I can spend more time creating and less time looking for my tools/supplies. I'll be updating some minor additions soon!
